We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. As each candle is handmade, slight variations in colour and texture are intentional and not considered defects. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo.
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn. Allow the wax to pool to the edge on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always place on a heat-resistant surface away from draughts.
